Instances

The Instances page in the Customer Portal is a read-only view of the hosted environments running your tenants. It is informational — you cannot operate on instances from here.

What you see

A single table.

Column	Notes
Name	Instance name.
Tags	Key:value pairs, compact pills.
Status	Active / Inactive.
Tenants	Tenant count vs. capacity, e.g. "8 / 50".
Last Heartbeat	How recently the instance reported in.

Filters

• Search by instance name or tag.
• Status — All / Active / Inactive.
• Env tag — DEV / QA / PROD / etc.
• Region tag — Azure region.

What this page is for

Knowing which instances host your tenants — useful for:

• Confirming geographic placement of your data.
• Diagnosing tenant issues by checking the underlying instance's health and heartbeat.
• Coordinating with your account manager on capacity questions.

Permissions

Requires the view_tenants portal action — the same as the Tenants page.
